James is a senior financial executive with over 25 years’ global experience in large multinational public & private organizations and private equity portfolio companies within the retail, distribution, and consumer goods sectors. He is successful in leading through rapid growth, international M&A, multinational business unit & retail expansions, as well as creating shareholder value.
As a seasoned CFO, James has managed global finance organizations, implemented accounting infrastructure, developed growth strategies, handled investor relations. In addition, he has led various non-Finance work streams to include HR, IT, Legal, Supply Chain and Logistics.
He has also successfully established, designed, negotiated and led multiple major ERP migrations and implemented various reporting / forecasting platforms
